  • Keep dry: Store and display in a dry environment to avoid warping or moisture damage.
  • Handle with care: Hold prints by the edges or with clean hands to prevent fingerprints, smudges, or scratches.
  • Frame for longevity: Using UV-protective glass or acrylic in a frame will enhance color preservation and provide extra protection.
  • Store flat if unframed: If not displaying immediately, keep the print flat in a protective sleeve or acid-free folder.
SHIPPING & RETURNS

We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible.

Shipping fees:

We currently ship within Canada (all provinces except Saskatchewan). Free shipping is available on orders over $100 CAD; otherwise, a flat rate of $10 CAD applies.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Refunds are issued after inspection and are minus the shipping cost. Alternatively, you may choose store credit for the full amount.

Damaged Items:

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
