Welcome to Studio Nacre! By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products & Pricing

All prints are sold as described on our site. Prices are in CAD and may be updated without notice. Studio Nacre strives for accuracy but cannot guarantee that product images perfectly reflect color or size.

2. Payments & Taxes

We accept payment through Shopify Payments and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Canada (all provinces except Saskatchewan). Orders over $100 CAD ship free; otherwise, a flat $10 CAD fee applies. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery if prints are in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are issued after inspection and are minus shipping costs. Full store credit is available if preferred. Please contact us within 24 hours if an item arrives damaged. See our Returns Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork and content on this site are the property of Studio Nacre or its artists and are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Studio Nacre is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. While we take care to ensure prints are delivered safely, once an item leaves our hands, risk of damage during shipping is beyond our control.
